We had a lovely stay with a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom apartment that offered stunning views of the lake. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Menu for breakfast could include more variety in pastries.

Room has been recently refurbished.
Hotel charged the room by credit card (incl. 3% surcharge) without prior asking me. As the surcharge on credit cards is not mentioned on booking site, I'm quite irritated about this practice.

Review for Bellevue On The Lakes in Lakes Entrance:
Bellevue On the Lakes boasts a beautiful building and well-decorated rooms that have a contemporary feel. It's situated in an exceptionally nice location, just a short walk to the central plaza where you'll find Woolworths, the river, and lovely waterfront areas. the service is outstanding, and the property also faces the inlet from the ocean along the main road.

Easy to find and well situated.
We stayed in Apartment 1 and it is suggested that this room is avoided at all costs. The shower was covered in mould and the paintwork throughout the apartment was not just tired but chipped and dirty. The walls were scratched and in one place the paint had flaked off in an area of about half a square metre. This may be representative of other rooms I. The apartment block. We arrived fairly late and were too tired to take issue but mentioned the problems when checking out. The receptionist did not seem surprised. If the establishment wish to take issue I will gladly send them copies of the photographs I have taken of the faults. They may like to refund me the cost, but I doubt that this is going to happen. Clearly not worth the money.

I was just passing through Lakes, it was great to relax in the spa after driving for a long time. The venue was close to all shops and eating places.
The only complaint that I have at this time is concerned with the odour coming from the kitchen into the passage way as I came out of the room.

Location and view over river from our rear apartment.
Unable to use lavatory whilst someone is in the bathroom. Door into lavatory would be better moved to allow separate access.

It was close to the Lake and walking distance to the Ocean beach, the decor was pleasant. It was close to restaurants and shops.
Hauling our luggage upstairs. The pool, spa facilities were not in the same building and were not very appealing. We felt misled by the description and pictures on the website. The front of the building is on the street not the Lake. We were disappointed with the accommodation and did not think we received good value for cost.
